During 1996, Connie Jonck (currently Managing Member of Konitek Training & Development) identified a growing need in the Marketplace amongst businesses for both Computer (PC) Training and Multimedia Presentations. Being proficient and appropriately equipped at the time in both PC - Computer and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, she decided to establish Connie Jonck Consultants. When launching the business in September 1996, many of Connie’s first customers requested that she also consider providing customised business solutions.
The Company experienced significant growth during its formative years and in order to equip and resource Connie Jonck Consultants to cater for the increased demand of its services, a new BEE / PDI owned and managed consultancy providing computer training, ICT, business competency skills and communication services – Konitek Training & Development was established in March 2005. As a direct result of the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) extended by the Company to its customers and in aspiring towards delivery of service excellence, the business continues to experience growth opportunities. |

Konitek Training & Development, a BEE / PDI owned and managed consultancy, providing computer training, ICT, business competency skills and Marketing Services, was established in March 2005 as the result of a merger between Connie Jonck Consultants and a BEE partner.
The company Connie Jonck Consultants was registered in February 1998. Given Connie Jonck Consultant’s close working relationship with its customer base and understanding their business needs, Connie Jonck Consultants carefully analysed these and developed appropriate methodologies and solutions. As far as PC – Computer training was concerned; the methodologies, processes and course material developed by the company took into account the competency level of each Trainee / Learner attending a particular training module. This approach assured the Employer that the development and training of staff complies with Human Resource policies in place, allocated training budget, and in sync with Legislative requirements.
