Konitek has developed methodologies and a professional approach which takes into account the level of competence of each Trainee/Candidate attending a training course. This assures the Employer that expenditure for the development and training of staff is being applied in accordance with the Human Resource policies in place, and in sync with Legislative requirements. Training can be done at our offices, or alternatively at your company's premises if suitable facilities are available. Lunch and refreshments are provided at our offices for delegates attending a course. TRAINING MODULES A holistic approach is adopted which covers the entire spectrum and pertinent elements of each training module. The courses are comprehensive and are given on a practical "hands-on" basis. Training is done by firstly explaining each particular topic, which is then demonstrated by making use of a Multimedia presentation. The delegates are then required to do exercises relevant to each topic. After every exercise the Facilitator checks each delegate's exercise. BACK-UP SUPPORT Free and unlimited telephonic support is offered to delegates who have attended a training course. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS From the Register of courses which delegates attend for the various training programmes, Konitek is able to compile a database giving full spread of required information, which the Employer/Company may then apply in linking to its Human Resource/Employee Career/Development database.
